Northford Hydro Jetting Services
Non-Invasive Clog Solutions in North Haven
When traditional repair doesn’t get the job done, it’s time for hydro jetting. Clogs can damage your system, cause wastewater backup, and reduce water flow. DIY chemical cleaners and drain snaking kits don’t provide the long-term solution that this service does.
Our expert hydro jetting in Northford offers long-lasting relief by completely clearing your pipes of clogs, debris, and mineral build-up. A-Team Plumbing & Drain has four years of experience helping our customer’s pipes stay strong with 24/7 emergency solutions and same-day appointments.
Why Choose Hydro Jetting?
Hydro jetting is different from other drain cleaning techniques because it’s more thorough. It begins with a video inspection to determine your pipes' strength and the clogs' location. Once your lines have been inspected, we’ll use high-pressure water to flush debris from your plumbing system.
The benefits of hydro jetting include:
- Affordability: Other pipe cleaning methods take longer and don’t provide a long-lasting solution like hydro jetting. This makes this service more affordable because it prevents problems from recurring.
- Eco-friendly: DIY chemicals and other cleaner solutions harm your pipes and can contaminate groundwater. Hydro jetting only uses water, so it’s an eco-friendly solution for your home or business.
- Timely: Snaking or DIY chemicals can take hours to clear one or two clogs from your plumbing system. Our hydro jetting in Northford provides a faster method that clears every pipe from blockages.
Don’t trust DIY chemicals to provide the long-lasting solutions you need when the professionals at A-Team Plumbing & Drain are here to help. We’re the experts to call when you need reliable 24/7 solutions, same-day appointments, or financing.

How to Prevent Clogs
You should schedule a hydro jetting service annually to maintain your pipes.
However, you can also minimize blockages by throwing these materials away instead of into your plumbing system:
- Soap scum
- Hair
- Dental floss
- “Flushable” wipes
The bathroom is where your system is most vulnerable. Use hair catches to catch hair and bar soap before it goes down your drains. Though many wipes are marketed as “flushable,” they often don’t disintegrate fast enough to prevent clogs completely. These flushable wipes can get tangled with dental floss or hair to create a growing blockage.
In the kitchen, throw these items in the trash instead of the garbage disposal:
- Fat & grease
- Bones
- Stringy vegetables
- Coffee
- Leftover food scraps
It may seem like your sink is indestructible with a garbage disposal, but that’s not the case. Fat and grease solidify at room temperature, so they often build up on pipe walls and stick to materials like bones and leftover food scraps. Anything solid, like vegetables, coffee, and bones, will not break down before causing a blockage.
A-Team Plumbing & Drain is here for you when you need expert hydro jetting in Northford. The best way to prevent blockages is to avoid sending these materials down your drains. However, an annual hydro jetting service can help keep your plumbing system clear of blockages, so you have reliable pipes.

I had called A Team to come and clear a drain in my bathroom sinks. But since Andy was at the house I asked him about repairing a shower faucet valve that had leaked inside the wall. Andy looked over what he would need to do the job and then sat down and wrote out a complete list of job estimates depending on how far I wanted him to complete the job.
After deciding on the option that would not only do the shower valve but also replaced the section of the drain pipe that had the shut off valve in it.
I scheduled a date to have the work done and not only was I sent an e mail to alert me they were on their way but also a picture of Andy that would be coming to my house. He showed right on time and got straight to work.
The entire job was completed in just a few hours and looks fabulous.
Once I get the walls closed back in he says he will come back and finish the covers that go over the shower valve and spout.
I have nothing but good things to say about A Team Plumbing and especially Andy . He was easy to work with, completely explained what was needed to do the job and did such a professional repair. If I need a plumber in the future I won't hesitate to call again.- Michael K.
